CHAUDHRY MUHAMMAD RIAZ, Pakistani citizen, born on 05.03.1967 in Pakistan / Lahore, domiciled in Pakistan, str. A. Phase no.6, Lahore 54000, identified with Passport series PAK number 9917853, issued on 14.06.2016 by the Republic of Pakistan, hereinafter referred to as a sole partner, we decided to establish a company limited liability companies, according to Law no. 31/1990, republished in the following conditions:
CHAPTER I: NAME, HEADQUARTERS, DURATION
Art. 1 – Form of the company: The company is established as a Limited Liability Company, having Romanian legal personality.
Art. 2 – The name of the company is R.A.I.C.S. CONSULTING.
Art. 3 – The registered office of the company is in Popesti Leordeni, Drumfire no.75E, Ilfov County, Romania
Art. 4 – The company may change the registered office whenever necessary in its interest and may open branches, agencies, offices, branches, offices, offices, both in the country and abroad, fulfilling the formal conditions required by Legislation in force.
Art. 5 – The duration of the company’s activity is for an indefinite period starting with the date of its registration at the Trade Register Office attached to the Ilfov Municipal Court.
